MY NOTES / OBJECTIONS:

1. The cliffs along the seafront are prone to erosion, which can clearly be seen from the coastal path along the seafront. Concern with building work near the cliff edge could cause further instability of the cliff and thus increase the risk of severe erosion / landslides that could potentially block a major coastal path. Recent falls have occurred where the work is proposed.

2. Insufficient impact analysis performed, the land in this area is well known for being unstable / land movement.

3. There has been no evidence of anyone checking for wildlife in that area, this coastline is famous for rare butterflies and lizards and other fauna.

4. The chalets are not in keeping with the historic buildings to which Bonchurch is well known for. That part of the coastline can be seen in many parts of Bonchurch.
