Comment from Paul C (on Facebook); “That`s a BHT-130, formerly Solent Express that did run at Hovertravel briefly before issues with its prop were discovered, although it was a very capable machine, it was a thirsty beast, so Hovertravel didn't want it back. I believe its for sale if anyone is interested. Sadly there are no AP-188`s (the forerunner to todays craft since the early 80`s) running anywhere in the UK. There is one at the Hovercraft Museum at Lee On Solent, the last one that was ever built I believe.”
